cooked breakfast, Lunch , as well as teas, coffees and all your refreshment requirements in house or takeaway. Gifts, toys and holiday essentials are also available.
The café is under new management and we want to provide great food with the best ingredients for the perfect meal or snacks, with a great takeaway service providing sandwiches, hot food and hot & cold drinks or eat inside our cafe or on our customers balcony with views of the sea. If you want to sit a great sandy beach we can hire you deck chairs and beach huts.
We are located just outside the main town between the Pier and Haven Seashore holiday camp. Free parking in the road close by. Our location is perfect for the family with a boating lake and river where you can hire boats to spend a relaxing day. We have a sandy beach just outside door.
Our gift shop provides all your holiday requirements from bucket & spades to sun cream and lollies and ices, as well as papers gifts to take home and the traditional post card.

Munchies is a lot more than a local café, it provides the perfect day out location for all the family. With have free on road parking outside the café which is located next to waterways boating lake.
We also have a large sandy beach out side our door with a promenade area with views of the sea provided with table chairs and umbrellas to watch the world go by. If you would like to sit on the beach we provide deck chairs at a reasonable daily and 1 day rate as well as the opportunity to relax in one of our exclusive beach huts hired out on a daily or weekly rate.
All this with the added bonus of being minutes away from the classic beach tray of a pot of tea and tasty snacks made from quality ingredients freshly cooked on the premises to enjoy on the beach. For a relaxing day for you and a fun pack day for the kids visit us today. A warm welcome guaranteed.
